Uncover What’s Holding You Back — and Learn How to Break Free with Support That Actually Works

BINGE EATING

The urge to eat late at night when energy is low or emotions run high.  Using food to 'stim' is incredibly common.

Overwhelm & Anxiety

Meal planning, meal prepping and grocery shopping feel like an impossible task.

Hyperfocus

Being so caught up in work or daily tasks that you forget to eat - leading to brain fog and fatigue.

IMPULSIVITY

Relying on takeout or convenience food because cooking feels too overwhelming.

Executive Dysfunction

Finding it hard to plan meals, cook, and keep the kitchen organized. Wasting food because it goes bad before you can use it.

Restriction

Skipping meals or snacks, intentionally or unintentionally. Avoiding certain foods due to allergies, intolerances, aversions, or diet culture.

Hi,
I'm Madelyn

I am a helper. I'm passionate about helping folks become the best version of themselves. I struggled with an eating disorder myself when I was a competitive long distance runner in high school and college. I'm here to tell you it's 100% possible to heal your relationship with food and reclaim your authentic self. I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late 20s. Through my professional experience working at an eating disorder facility and my own self-reflection, l've developed a deeper understanding between the intersection of ADHD and disordered eating - but most importantly how to manage it. I help ADHDers like myself develop the clarity and awareness to overcome disordered eating patterns and finally have food freedom. I have helped hundreds of clients overcome binge eating and become confident in their bodies. I am here to help you understand how ADHD has fueled disordered eating, understand your metabolism, get in tune with your hunger and fullness, and create sustainable systems that will help you feel confident about planning meals and what you eat. I will help you adopt the 'all foods fit' mindset and teach you the SCIENCE behind why there is no such thing as "good" or "bad" foods.

"I am so happy and ecstatic to find a program built for and considerate of my specific needs. I've never felt so understood, it feels like the puzzle of my mind was finally cracked! I plan on keeping this program in my life just as regular as therapy, because that's how lifestyle changes should be: ongoing work, not just fixes. Thank you for providing a light at the end of the tunnel."
